I was born in Japan but raised in London, I am an enthusiast for all things Japanese especially Japanese, arts and culture. I am also a Karate expert. I have been doing Karate for 20 years, I started learning my art in Tokyo Japan and I am proudly a 4th Dan black belt.
I am also a Michelin trained chef, I have had experience in working in Michelin star restaurants in Dubai, London and Switzerland. I will be posting up some of my recipes on here so stay tuned.
